Creux-du-Van
One of the most amazing places in the Swiss Jura is the natural rock cirque in the Travers Valley, a valley also famous for being the historical birthplace of absinthe. The eroding power of water and ice created this impressive natural amphitheatre, which is over 3,000 feet wide. The past weekend offered the perfect weather to hike the still snow-covered area.
