It was a freaking cold ride today. It was fantastic climbing from Biel over Evilard towards Les Pres d’Orvin. Hiking some of the way up through the forest in deep powdered snow and then continuing on snow covered roads. When I turned around I faced a freezing cold headwind on the whole way down. My arms and hands were doing fine. My toes, forehead and belly were suffering though. Painful, but I made it home. Next time I need a windbreaker and a cap.
